Dear Members,
This provides more information and registration details for the upcoming Project 2023 Town Hall Meetings.
At the meetings, the Heritage Oaks Project 2023 Team, and Peacock + Lewis will update the facility improvement plans, will provides details on costs and financing, review voting procedures and answer your questions.
We are asking that you only attend one meeting in person due to limited capacity, however, please feel free to attend all other meetings via Zoom. Please register your in-person attendance for a meeting, via the club website. You can also register via the club app or feel free to call the office by phone. We will be capping attendance to 100 in person attendees.
