Blue Stream Training 1:00PM

Change can be challenging. The instructions that we received from the Blue Stream installation technician was a lot to absorb in one session. We met with Blue Stream Fiber, and they will bring in two trainers who will conduct more detailed training in the use of the Blue Stream Cable and Internet. Each session will last approximately 2 hours. There will be a morning session at 9:00 a.m. and an afternoon session at 1:00 p.m. Each session will have 25 to 35 participants.

The subjects to be covered will cover the following items:

• Using your Blue Stream remote
  • Turning your TV on and off
  • Watching live TV and using the GUIDE
  • Use of the Voice or Google Assistant to get programs
  • Start watching your program from the beginning.
  • Using the INFO button for specific features
  • Looking back two days for your missed shows
  • Recording a single show or recording a series (OnePass)
  • Watching your recorded shows
  • Accessing and watching the TIVO+ stations
  • Finding your streaming APPS with Blue Stream
  • Setting up APPS to watch Blue Stream while you are away
  • Streaming your APPs (download or from Firestick)
  • Before turning off your TV press the "Live TV" button
• Resetting or rebooting your router and Blue Stream set top box.
• Using HomePass to access your Wi-Fi devices
• Blue Stream Phone Service
• Home Protection Plan – equipment covered, education services in house, reinstall for seasonal members.
• Other Issues raised during the training session.
