Fitness Center Hours

Available Services to Members Only: Fitness Orientation: Free to all members to get started on a general conditioning Program and teach proper procedures and techniques;consists of one personal training appointment. Personal Training: Individual or small group sessions offering specific coaching assistance with meeting fitness goals. Specialty Classes: Golf and Tennis Conditioning, Weight Loss and Ease into Exercise Class. Certified Instructors teach all classes. Specialty Programs and Personal Training taught by Mike Day, Fitness Director and certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor.
Hours of Operation

Open daily 5:30 am - closes at various hours, depending on when the last manager leaves the property. The code to enter the Fitness Center after hours is available upon signing a release in the administration office.

The Fitness Center will be CLOSED during fitness classes:
