Gate access information:

a) Service provider list shall include only routinely scheduled providers, such as lawn maintenance, pest control, pool service, home cleaner, medical service, etc. IT SHALL NOT INCLUDE occasional providers such as plumbers, electricians, a/c techs, cable or telephone service, etc. Each owner of a single-family home in HOA 1 may list no more than five providers, in recognition that they must contract services individually, not as an association. Each owner (s) of a Patio home, Golf villa, Club home, or Veranda may list no more than three providers. Providers, vendors and or movers are only allowed M-F, 7 AM-6 PM, Sat, 8 AM-6 PM; NOT on Sundays or Holidays. The General Manager may authorize exceptions.

b) Frequent visitor list shall include only frequent (reasonably anticipated to be more than once a week) visitors. It shall not include occasional visitors. No more than two visitors may be listed by an owner for the period of time the owner is in residence or by an extended (period of one year or longer) renter for the period of time the renter is in residence. There shall be no list submitted for a vacant unit or a unit that is subject to a lease for less than ten consecutive months.

c) Residents may list one Property Caretaker (person having access and owner’s authority when owner is not in residence).

d) Residents shall provide the Administration Office with the names of Service Providers, Frequent Visitors and Property Caretaker.

e) Occasional service providers, deliveries and visitors will be granted access only by being called-in to the Front Gate.

6) All visitors/service providers may be asked for a photo ID to confirm identification at the Front Gate before access is granted.

Call in instructions: All unlisted providers and visitors should be called in by using the automatic call-in system (444-7079), which will only recognize phones listed on the Registration Form that has been provided to the Administration Office. The system will not recognize phones with blocked caller ID or calls blocked. Do not list the same hone number for more than one residence; the computer will not recognize for which residence a call is intended. Routine call-ins should use the automated system (941-444-7079). Using the Guard’s direct line (925-3287) instead may result in delays at the gate. A provider/visitor can be called in only three days in advance (i.e., a visitor called in on May 1 will remain in the system until midnight May 4). When calling in a provider/visitor, leave only his/her name and length of stay if longer than that day. No more than one provider/visitor in the same call, may be authorized by use of the automated system prompts; doing so may exclude a provider/visitor. Once a called-in provider/visitor arrives, his authorization will expire that day at midnight, unless initially called in for a longer period. Authorizations for more than 4 days are computer monitored and reported to the Administration Office.  Authorizations must be kept up to date. If a provider/visitor arrives at the gate without being called-in or listed, the guard will call only the FIRST LOCAL telephone number listed on the gate information access form to obtain resident authorization. If authorization cannot be obtained, access will be denied.

7) Groups of visitors (including activities, i.e. Bingo, Bunco, and Bridge): The guard must be given or faxed (925-3287) a list with sponsor’s name, address, date of visit, and visitor names; each meeting requires a new list. If faxing, please phone the Guard first at 925-3287 to advise of the incoming fax. Special situations should be submitted in writing to the General Manager.

8) Decals for vehicles: Access decals are available to members and transfer members only. Each unit may only have two active decals at one time; exceptions can only be made by the General Manager of the Club. Access device decals are available from the Administration Office Monday through Friday and will be applied to the vehicle by an employee of the Club.
