Dina is a Florida native who graduated from Bayshore High School. She pursued her passion for creativity at Ringling College of Art and Design, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. After several years of working doing interior design for personal spaces, she decided to step away from design to focus on being a stay-at-home mom to her two wonderful daughters.
During this time, she discovered another professional talent in retail management, rising to a leadership position within a local retail chain. Yet, as weekends and holidays became increasingly precious, Dina made a decision to transition careers. Looking for a better work-life balance, Dina transitioned into Human Resources, where her love for helping and interacting with people made it a natural fit.
Dina joined Heritage Oaks in August 2020, where her dedication and commitment to professional growth shined. In 2024, she earned her Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation, a testament to her passion for creating positive workplace environments. Outside of work, Dina and her husband cherish time with their daughters, whether traveling to new destinations or gathering with friends and extended family.
