Larisa has a background in dietetics and was caring for seniors with Dementia and memory loss when she first started yoga and pilates fifteen years ago. She found that yoga was just the balance she needed to offset her professional life. Larisa went on to develop her foundations in Anusara inspired Vinyasa Flow. She also had extensive studies in the practice of Iyengar and therapeutic yoga. She received her certification from her mentor, Silvia Mordini, and sought additional yoga and training credentials including personal training and Pilates. She believes in taking the time to nurture our minds and heal our bodies. Larisa is privileged to share the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, yoga, and exercise with individuals from all walks of life.
