Brian Idle, Ken Hart and Steven Farr from Peacock & Lewis will be here to start the Member Information Meetings regarding the Master Planning process that is currently underway. This is the beginning of a process that will take a number of months to complete.


The Board of Trustees is looking to have the Membership involved in the planning process and they hope to have Members attend the Information Meetings to see the initial overview of the planning and to provide Membership input back to the Architect and the Board.

 

Meetings will be approximately 90 minutes long and are limited to 40 members to provide the ideal setting for interaction with the Architects and Board. We will have a number of meetings throughout March as well as dates to be announced for April.

 

The following dates have been established for March and you may register online, via the app or with Janet.

 

WEDNESDAY, March 4ththere will be PM Sessions

 

1:00 PM TO 2:30 PM
2:45 PM TO 4:00 PM
4:15 PM TO 5:30 PM

 

TUESDAY, March 10th there will be PM Sessions.

 

1:00 PM TO 2:30 PM
2:45 PM TO 4:00 PM
4:15 PM TO 5:30 PM

 

WEDNESDAY, March 11th there will be AM Sessions

 

9:00 AM TO10:30 AM
10:45 AM TO Noon

 

MONDAY, March 30th after the Annual Meeting there will be PM Sessions

 

1:00 PM TO 2:30 PM
2:45 PM TO 4:00 PM
4:15 PM TO 5:30 PM

 

 

These Member Information Meetings will allow Member to have input in the different areas be considered for the Master Plan. This is your chance to help form the overall Master Plan that will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees and eventually sent to the FULL Membership for a vote.

 

The Board encourages every Member to be involved in the process.
