To login for the FIRST time, please use the following:
Username: First Initial + Last Name (all lower case letters, no spaces between the first initial and last name)
Password: Member Number
Note: Members and spouses each have their own login. If you are the spouse listed on record, your password will be your Member Number with the capital letter A included at the end (capital letter A, no spaces between the Member Number and the A). The Husband's number is just his Member Number. For example:
Husband's Name: Jim Jones, Member Number 1234
Username: jjones, (all lower case letters, no spaces between the first initial and last name)
Password: 1234
Wife's Name: Amy Jones, Member Number 1234A
Username: ajones (all lower case letters, no spaces between the first initial and last name)
Password:1234A (Member Number plus capital letter A, no spaces between the number and A) |
