To login for the FIRST time, please use the following:
Username: First Initial + Last Name
Password: Member Number
Note: Members and spouses each have their own login. If you are the spouse listed on record, your Member Number will include an -A at the end. The Husband's number is just his member number. For example:
Husband: Member Number 1234
The Wife: Member Number: 1234-1
Also keep in mind that other members may have the same first initial + last name as you. If your name and member number combination does not work, try appending a "1" or a "2" to the end of your name. For example:
Username: jsmith1 or jsmith2
You will be asked to change your password on FIRST sign on.
