The fitness center is open 24/7, granting you access to a variety of cardio and strength equipment. The newly designed facility boasts separate designated spaces for group exercise classes and for those who would rather workout on their own.
The group exercise classroom is home to various classes including General Aerobics, Body Pump, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Ab Attack and more! Please refer to the schedule for a complete list and description of classes. Water fitness classes are also offered outside in the main pool; water classes include general conditioning, Aqua Zumba, and Aqua Tai Chi.
Need a refresher for navigating the treadmill screen? Want to get the most out of the Leg Press Machine? Check the calendar for upcoming “Gymtimidation” sessions. These short sessions cover the use or programming of one specific piece of equipment so you can become a pro!
Please familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations regarding use of the pool and fitness center. These rules are in place to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants. You can find a copy of the rules and regulations under the “Policies & Documents” tab.
Additional services by appointment only:
- Fitness Orientation: this one-on-one session is led by the fitness director and covers proper use of the machines, a fitness history review, and a general conditioning plan to help get you started.
- Personal or Small Group Training: these sessions are designed to enhance your training journey. Learn, improve, and reach your goals with individualized coaching. (Pricing may vary)
